General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
Since May 2018, regulations have been in place which affect how Neston Primary School handles people's data. This is called General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Compliance with the regulations are an ongoing process. One of the main demands of the legislation is to ensure transparency with what data the school collects, what we do with the data, who it is shared with and how long the records are kept for.
