School Meals

"What's for lunch?"

We are very proud of the meals served each day at school.

Our Catering Team produce lovely lunches.

Please speak to Admin staff about on-line payments and the new Meal Manager system - This allows you, and your child, to choose a main meal in advance

Children in Infant classes are entitled to a free school meal.

Children are welcome to bring a packed lunch each day, if they prefer.

A copy of the menus can be found at the bottom of this page

Allergies? Please see the poster at the bottom of this page

School meals cost £2.30 per day - Meals should be paid for in advance - either weekly or half-termly as follows:

Can we please remind parents:

Lunch money should be paid in advance on a Monday morning. If you wish your child to take a meal on an ad hoc basis we suggest you send in £11.50 which will be credited to their account and would enable them to take a lunch on 5 occasions.

Online using the School Gateway - THIS IS OUR PREFERRED METHOD as we are now a ‘cashless office’. The school office staff can print a Pay Point voucher for you to use at a local participating retailer, if you would like to pay using cash.

We will also accept cheques into the office, made payable to: Cheshire West and Chester Council

Please avoid sending £2.30 in daily

Low effort packed lunches ideas  We ask parents to ensure that packed lunches brought from home contain healthy foods, in keeping with our Healthy Schools ethos .

Fabulous school with a friendly atmosphere. Staff and the Headteacher are approachable. I cannot praise the school highly enough.
For the past 9 years, through 2 children, I have always felt NPS goes the extra mile to support it's students in all areas of the curriculum. The staff are fantastic, hard-working and very approachable. It is a great school and I am glad we chose it all those years ago.
This school has always been a positive influence on my children (2 of which didn't want to leave!) I have recommended this school to several people in the past and will continue to do so in the future. High praise for all the teachers and assistants who make the school what it is!
Great team of staff at NPS. Ladies at reception are so helpful. Newsletter and Facebook page are very informative and helpful. Breakfast club - excellent - my child raves about it. Love the Friday celebration assembly. The sense of pride and encouragement felt is overwhelming - a wonderful celebration of the children.
